U.S. Court of Appeals Issues Nationwide Stay on EPA “Waters of the US” Rule
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit issued a nationwide stay on water regulations created by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, commonly referred to as the “Waters of the U.S.” or “WOTUS” rule in May, 2015.
